Main Set makes minority investments into leading fintech and adjacent SaaS companies, demonstrating product-market-profit fit. We invest in companies in the UK, Europe and the US. 

Our investment philosophy is simple: we invest in scaling fintech and adjacent SaaS companies that have demonstrated a sound business model through their unit economics, led by future-proofed management teams.

What we look for

We invest in companies which demonstrate the following characteristics:

  • Fintech or adjacent SaaS
  • Headquartered in the US, Europe, or the UK
  • ​Post-revenue: profitable, or with a  clear path to profitability as demonstrated through sound unit economics
  • Future-proof management teams who can lead the business through its next rounds of growth
  • The current, or prior round, is led by a Tier 1 financial sponsor
  • Investment capital is to be used for scaling
